Omega-3 fatty acids are a type of polyunsaturated fat that the human body needs to strengthen neurons and keep the circulatory system healthy and protected against stroke.
They lower triglycerides, reduce the risk of developing irregular heartbeats, and reduce the buildup of plaque that can harden arteries.

- 300 mg OMEGA-3 can reduce levels of triglycerides and may help relieve symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.
