Interactions:

Be aware that potential drug-nutrient interactions may occur and be encouraged to consult a healthcare professional before using this product. Combining certain prescription drugs and dietary supplements can lead to undesirable effects, reduced effectiveness, or impaired absorption. Zinc decreases the absorption of tetracyclines and quinolones, so it is recommended to take them 2 hours apart. Alcohol and diuretics increase the excretion of zinc in the urine. Coffee interferes with the absorption of Zinc, so it is recommended not taking them closely.
