Vitamins are required in very small amounts but are essential for healthy growth and development, and general well-being. They occur naturally in certain foods but are not synthesized by humans and therefore it is essential to include it in the diet. B Vitamins (thiamine (B1), riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folate (B9)) are water soluble vitamins: they are easily absorbed by the body, which doesn’t store large amounts. The kidneys remove those vitamins that are not needed.
Your body uses vitamins for a variety of biological processes, including growth, digestion, and nerve function.
Some of the best sources are pork, ham, dark green leafy vegetables, fortified whole-grain, wheat germ, enriched rice, green pea, lentils and nuts such as almonds and pecans. Milk and milk products such as yogurt and cheese. Asparagus, spinach, chicken, salmon, fin fish, eggs, bananas, potatoes, clams, mussels, crab, avocado, mushrooms and broccoli.
Other Ingredients: Calcium phosphate, Microcrystalline cellulose, Stearic acid. Contains <2% of: Magnesium vegetable stearate, Talc, Pharmaceutical glazing.
Suggested Use: For adults, take 1 tablet daily preferably with a meal. As a dietary supplement. Always discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care provider.
