Multivitamin/mineral supplements contain a combination of vitamins and minerals.
It improves memory and helps prevent stress, because it contains Ginseng

People over age 50 should get recommended amounts of vitamin B12 from fortified foods and/or dietary supplements because they might not absorb enough of the B12 that is naturally found in food.

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Stearic acid, Croscarmellose sodium. Contains < 2% of: Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide, Water, Hypromellose, Triacetin, Polyethylene glycol, Titanium dioxide, FD&C Black No., FD&C Brown No.

Allergen Warning: Contains soy.

Suggested Use: For adults, take 1 tablet daily, preferably with a meal. As a dietary supplement. Always discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care provider.
